Notes
Datastead is a French company. Its products are developed in France and exported under Regulation (EU) 2021/821. The ECCN values above follow the US Export Administration Regulations nomenclature and are provided so that customers can complete their own compliance paperwork; they do not constitute a legal opinion.
5D992.c designates mass-market encryption software: sold without restriction to the general public, whose cryptographic functionality cannot be modified by the user. No export license is required (NLR).
All Datastead products are delivered as compiled binaries. The source code is not included in any product or license.
The third-party components of the RTSP/RTMP/HTTP/ONVIF Source Filter and of the Multipurpose Encoder, with their versions and licenses, are listed in the thirdparty_licenses folder shipped in each package, together with a Software Bill of Materials (CycloneDX).
