Digital Video capture devices

A video capture device is identified as a DV source if IsDigitalVideoIn returns true.

Frame rate Frame rates available with DV sources are described in the Frame rate chapter.

Video size The video sizes returned by DV sources are described in the Video sizes chapter.

recording The AVI formats created with DV sources are explained in the Video format chapter.

DV Deinterlacing By default when the frame grabber is enabled (e.g. to perform frame capture, graphic or text overlays) the DV frames in full size are interlaced (e.g. it is possible to see blurred lines around the hand when shaking it in front of the camera).

To fix this problem select a deinterlacing method with the VideoProcessing_Deinterlacing property.

Pointgrey cameras The PointGreyConfig function makes it possible to configure the Pointgrey cameras using the PointGrey's FlyStream driver.
