By purchasing our "Per developer" license you are granted the royalty-free right to distribute your end-user application (.exe) to an unlimited number of users.
If your end-user application (.exe) is developped by using the OCX or DLL version of the component, you are granted the right to distribute also the required OCX or DLL component, for the sole purpose of running this end-user application.
If you are developing as contractor for another company, the license must be purchased in the name of this company.
2 years of upgrades and e-mail support included

- after 2 years you can renew your subscription for 2 years more with a discount of 50% on the license price.
Our licenses are per-developer(*) licenses, royalty-free, there is no limitation of the number of users who can use the ".exe" applications developped with our products.
Our online orders are processed by Plimus (a BlueSnap company) or ShareIt (Digital River), reputable e-commerce merchants for software products. They accept a wide range of payment methods and currencies.
Our products are delivered electronically. You will receive by e-mail your customer account, the licensing instructions and a link to the printable invoice, usually the same day when purchasing via credit-card or Paypal. Your customer account will let you download the current and future licensed releases during 2 years.
VAT for European companies: EU based companies with a valid VAT number can be freed from the VAT payment by entering the VAT number when asked while filling-out the online order form.
