Datastead SARL is a microenterprise within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), article 4(5), as transposed in France (Code de la consommation, article L. 412-13; décret n° 2023-931). As a microenterprise providing services, it is exempt from the accessibility requirements applicable to e-commerce services.
We nevertheless try to keep this website usable by everyone, including with assistive technologies. No formal audit against WCAG 2.1 / EN 301 549 has been performed.
