Mixer_Activation

function

Delphi
function Mixer_Activation (Id: LongInt; Activate: Boolean): Boolean;
C++Builder
bool __fastcall Mixer_Activation(System::LongInt Id, bool Activate);
C#
public bool Mixer_Activation(int Id, bool Activate);
VB.NET
Public Function Mixer_Activation(Id As Integer, Activate As Boolean) As Boolean
C++/Qt
BOOL Mixer_Activation (int Id, BOOL Activate);

Temporarily enables or disables the video mixing of a source component in the mixer component.

Pass as parameter the mixer Id returned by Mixer_AddToMixer when associating the source component with the mixer.

E.g. VideoGrabber1 previews a video capture device, and VideoGrabber2 "duplicates" the video frames from VideoGrabber1, as if it were a 2nd component capturing the same device:

  • to start the preview of the capture device:

VideoGrabber1.VideoSource = vs_VideoCaptureDevice

VideoGrabber1.StartPreview

  • to start the 2nd component that will preview the frames of the 1st component, in mixer mode:

VideoGrabber2.VideoSource = vs_Mixer

MixerId = VideoGrabber2.Mixer_AddToMixer (VideoGrabber1.UniqueID, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, true, true)

VideoGrabber2.StartPreview

  • to temporarily disable the mixing:

VideoGrabber2.Mixer_Activation (MixerId, false)

  • to resume the mixing:

VideoGrabber2.Mixer_Activation (MixerId, true)
