property

Delphi
property ASFVideoQuality: LongInt read GetASFVideoQuality write SetASFVideoQuality  default DEF_ASFVideoQuality;
C++Builder
__property System::LongInt ASFVideoQuality = {read=GetASFVideoQuality, write=SetASFVideoQuality, default=-1};
C#
public int ASFVideoQuality { get; set; }
VB.NET
Public Property ASFVideoQuality As Integer
C++/Qt
int GetASFVideoQuality ();
void SetASFVideoQuality (int Value);

Specifies the quality setting for the video stream, in the 0 ... 100 range. With a constant bit rate, 0 favors smooth motion and 100 favors sharp frames (frames may be skipped when the bit rate is not sufficient). If the specified value is -1, the default ASF value is used (with the default ASF format: 90, or 75 when the default bit rate depends on the video size, see ASFVideoBitRate), or the current ASF profile value if an ASF profile is used.

With ASFProfileVersion = apv_ProfileVersion_9 and the default ASF format, a value >= 0 enables the variable bit rate (VBR) mode.
