Used to reduce the CPU load when detecting motion on large video frames.

Allowed values:

1: full processing, maximum accuracy. Full motion detection processing is applied, whatever the video frame size.

2 to 9: "lighter" processing. The higher the value, the "lighter" the processing applied to detect motion, but the lower the motion detection accuracy.
